What payment options do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments. We don’t accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.
How do I apply a promo/coupon code at checkout?
Once you have completed your order continue to checkout. You will be prompted to sign into an already existing account or continue as a guest with your email address. Next you will enter your name and address and select preferred method of shipping. Once that information is entered, you will enter your credit card information. Right below where you entered your credit card information you will see a space “coupon/gift certificate.” This section will allow you to enter and apply your promo/coupon code.
I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing address. What’s going on?
If you are receiving an error message there may be a few problems. The first problem may be linked with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address must match exactly what your bank has on file. Double check all your information closely and look for any typos.

Orders are typically shipped within two business days of the order being placed.
Can you ship out of state?
Yes we can ship out of state.
I purchased something online, but it is not what I expected. May I return this product?
NTBG wants all of our supporters to be happy. We allow returns of items if they are received back to our facility within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is not included with any purchases.
